"Wake up gymnastics "

1. Move over from the car back seat, put your arms behind your back, tilt your head back and strongly tense your neck muscles. Hold the tension for 10-15 seconds. Then drop your head to the front and relax your muscles for 10-15 seconds. Repeat the series for 2-3 times.

2. Tense your muscles of the left arm, left leg and left side of the body. Hold the tension for 10-15 seconds, then relax the muscles for 10-15 seconds. Now do the exercise with the right part of the body. Repeat the series for 2-3 times.

3. Put the right hand at the hips, left - on the back of the head. Tilt your head to the front for 7-10 seconds, pressing by your hand and resisting by the neck. Then drop your hands and relax your muscles for 7-10 seconds. Now do the exercise with your left hand at the hips and the right one - on the back of the head. Repeat the series for 3-4 times and you won't want to sleep at all!
